MacBook Air: The Future(?)

I’m sure you’ve all heard of the MacBook Air, and how cool it looks on the Apple website. Thin, light and fast. But does buying a MacBook Air forfeit some of the classic things found in the still improving MacBook Pro? Take a look at the new Air:

I know the casing looks cool, but look at the EDGES. Try again:

The one minutia: No CD drive. What does that mean?

  1. No importing CDs into iTunes.
  2. No more pictures on a CD-ROM.
  3. No more CD-ROMs with programs or games.

So, is the awesome portability and speed of MacBook Air worth giving up other things?
